Crazy crack pandas!

I'm sure almost everyone on Pico has seen the reverse pandas. Those really cool looking ones?
Well...has anyone ever noticed how creepy their eyes look? Me and lawr have taken to calling them crack pandas.

Don't they just look like massive, creepy bug eyes?

And the way pandas tilt their heads. They're so creepy sometimes. o_o Especially after lawr pointed out the bug eyed effect that the white pattern has.
Next time you see a reverse panda just remember....they're always watching.

Alice Nine^2!

So some of you might be familiar with Pico's infamous Alice Nine release from a few months back. You know, the one that was totally overpriced and made your wallets cry? Well now it comes in gacha form! Premium gacha of course. You know, that evil contraption that is the bane of your existance.

I'm actually not much of a jrock person myself, so I rely on my friends on Pico to help me out with the terminology.


But anyways, Pico's done a nice job of drawing up the items that you can win. No super rare stuff this time, thank Jebus.

They even tell you who the costumes go to. Nice of them. :U

Naturally I caved, and rolled away five bucks on this. But as you can see from that picture above, I'm really pleased with the results. I wanted that funky colored Nao wig really bad. My hair looks like neapolitan ice cream from the back now.
And they seem to be unfinished. Maintenance is in a couple hours, and I'm only crossing my fingers that when I log in tomorrow morning, it isn't a new item release. I just might cry.
Let's hear it for opening a new area! Come on Pico! Bring us ice skating and fishing!

What is this feedback I hear?

So I know I've been totally shirking my duties on this blog, but what can you do when you're lazy like me? :B
A day late and a dollar short is better than nothing amirite? So the other day I was logging on (as I do every day) and I noticed something curious.
Pico's info menu had a survey option! Always the opinionated loudmouth, I was dying to check it out. I'm a frequenter of the suggestions thread on the discussion page in Pico, always checking out new suggestions and giving in my input.
So I was all over that. I think I wrote about a paragraph and a half.

What I suggested:

• More clothing options for the guys. Seriously, the options available to them are just plain sad. Cater to the men of the world a little Pico. :|
• A dual currency system that is more fair than the one we have now. Gold is hard to come by for kids, and I sure as hell don't have the money to toss for gold. The free offers are shady, sometimes stuffed with malware, and don't always work. I don't want over 9000 units of spam mail in my mailbox. :|
• More inventory space!!

Had it been an option at that time, I also would have asked for longer time to buy those awesome colorful wigs. We had like what...a week to get them? And I don't remember seeing any notification that they were temporary. I had time to get only one wig, and I wanted to at least get a funkier colored one. :( Blue and pink hair are one of my top wishes for Pico.
But I guess what's done is done...and I'm only left with a reminder of what could have been. :(

On the flip side they did release some...amusing new items. Animal print, as if we needed MORE new items to get. My wallet is still recovering from Halloween. I have to admit though, I'm rather disappointed. I expected at least some changes that were suggested. Unless all they took to heart was a plea for more stuff to spend money on that is.
I don't have much gold this time around, so all I managed to get was the funky looking tail thing. (Can we say tacky? Who'd really wear this?)

I've got my sights on that Lady Gaga-esque bow myself. Looks like I'm going to have to complete some offers for the next few days!

Oh! And speaking of which, I noticed a lot of them don't give gold immideately, even if they say they do. I completed a 200 gold offer yesterday, and didn't get my rewards until the reset today. So I guess it's a game of patience sometimes.

More Halloween!!

My first Halloween with Pico (and theirs too!).
I have to say, they've really impressed me with all the costumes and decorations. Downtown NYC is one of my favorite Pico hangouts because of all the creepy festivities. I remember back in August, talking with my good buddy Lawr about how Pico would impress us with adorable Halloween-y outfits and other things we could spend our hard earned money on.
And impress they have! With not only adorable costumes, but stunning furniture, and great room redesigns! I only wish they could have applied the spooky decor to other rooms as well!

It goes without saying I've been enjoying Pico Halloween this year. It seems like they've been dropping hints that they're not even completely done! Chloe's house should be decorated for Halloween soon (which won't make waiting to get into it any easier, lul.)
I wonder if there will be a special Trick or Treat event on Halloween itself. I guess we'll have to wait and see!
One thing is for sure though, I can't wait till Pico's Christmas event!

Your not-so-average Pico blog, but I've been reading a lot of them as of late, and I've really wanted to make my own, and just muse a little on the observations I find around Pico.
So who am I? You might have seen me lurking around, or maybe not. On pico I'm known as NARKOTiCA. I'm an 18 year old American, and as my profile will tell you, I have a tendency to be offensive. ;) Keep that in mind, lol.

(This is me! And my two cats, Mochi and Strawberry. Sebastian my panda walked off the screen. :( It looks like he's camera shy!)
